Humayun Saeed - Lead Role - Jawani Phir Nahin Ani Part 2
Humayun Saeed once again proved himself a versatile actor with his amazing acting in his film Jpna2. Wait a second! I would like to respectfully disagree. I personally don’t have a problem with Humayun Saeed or his acting, but the fact that he chooses to perform in younger roles. The same goes for SRK, Salman Khan and the likes of them. Just because they are paired up with leads half their age doesn’t mean we should follow their footsteps blindly. I believe that Humayun Saeed should be paired with women his age, unless the role requires it of course. Kubra Khan on the contrary has tried to look older than she is to keep apace with HS. Humaiyun Saeed, Uh… not Hassan Shahryar. Jaaa…s Kidding.
We want to promote Pakistan cinema and us overseas Pakistanis really do but our children are not ready to watch humayun saeed as hero, please stop this idiotness. This also means I even start feeling of gotten old already. At the same time, this movie JPNA is about “men” who are passing through middle age crisis. For character like these, you need to have actors in their middle age. I hope you can’t show 20 years old actor in this role, but Fahad Mustapha (Salman Khan of Lollywood) for sure fit in there.
If SRK, Salman Khan or Amir Khan do younger roles, they train and shape themselves according to the role unlike Humayun Saeed. If they are doing an action film they train themselves for that action sequence. They hire martial arts trainers etc to prepare for that scene. They act like young people, they walk like youngsters, they fight like youngsters. What does Humayun do? Just walk out of his car and start doing clumsy action scene?
